We know buying from a new brand is a big decision, especially when it comes to specialist footwear, so we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer both a 12-Month Manufacturer’s Guarantee and a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear.  All of our shoes come with a 12-month guarantee from the date of fulfilment, covering manufacturer defects.

What’s Covered

Faulty stitching, Sole separation, Manufacturing-related structural defects

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect, Water damage (unless the product is explicitly marked as waterproof), Fit or sizing issues beyond the standard return window, Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is fulfilled. If you change your mind or are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the product as long as it meets the following return criteria:

  • The item is unworn and unused
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • You provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for a $9 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the final refund.

We encourage you to try and the shoes with socks on a carpeted surface to ensure the shoes are not damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on worn shoes. 

How to Submit a Return Request

All guarantee claims must be initiated through our Returns portal. You’ll be guided through the process and provided with a return label if eligible.

When requesting a return, you'll be required to share:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the problem
  • Your original order number

If we determine your claim is valid, we’ll initiate the return process and issue a refund promptly.
