What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Water damage (unless the product is explicitly marked as waterproof)
- Fit or sizing issues beyond the standard return window
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Our Standard Return Policy
Didn't love the fit, or just changed your mind? You're covered by our 30-day free returns policy, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. We recommend trying the shoes indoors on a carpeted surface with socks on to keep them returnable.
How to Return an Item
All returns and guarantee claims are handled through our returns portal. You'll be guided through the process and issued a return label if eligible.
For a guarantee claim, you'll be asked to provide:
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the problem
- Your original order number
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
