When we first launched Notace, our shoes were priced at $180. That number wasn’t arbitrary. It reflected small production runs, premium materials, responsible manufacturing, and the reality of building something from the ground up, without cutting corners.
But from the beginning, the goal was never to stay there.
As more of you stepped into Notace, something important happened: demand increased, production scaled, and our ability to make decisions for the long term improved. With larger production volumes, our cost per unit came down, not because we compromised on quality, but because efficiency improved.
And when that happens, we believe the benefit should be shared.
So we’re lowering our price from $180 to $165.
This change isn’t about discounts or short-term promotions. It’s about alignment. As we grow, we’re able to build smarter, streamline processes, and reduce inefficiencies that exist when a brand is small. The materials are the same. The construction is the same. The intention behind every design decision is unchanged.
What has changed is scale. And scale, when handled responsibly, should work in your favor.
At Notace, we see pricing as a relationship, not a tactic. If we can make high-function, thoughtfully designed footwear more accessible without sacrificing integrity, that’s a win for everyone. Growth shouldn’t create distance between a brand and its community, it should create trust.
This price adjustment reflects where we are now and where we’re headed. We’re still committed to building footwear that supports real movement, long-term foot health, and everyday performance. And as we continue to grow, we’ll keep looking for ways to pass efficiencies back to you because that’s what a healthy brand should do.
Thank you for being part of this early chapter. You’re not just buying a shoe, you’re helping shape what Notace becomes next.
