Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Be in the same condition that you received it
Be unworn or unused, with tags attached
Be in the original packaging
Include a receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Start a Return

Returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal. Please follow the instructions provided on the portal to begin the return process.

Checkout+

What is Checkout+ ? Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

By adding Checkout+ on your order, you will receive:

Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered.
Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
Opting out: If you opt out of checkout plus, you'll be prompted to purchase your label through the return portal at the end of the return submission process.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. You will receive the full order amount, provided the returned item meets the eligibility criteria.
